A Moment of Reflection

(This one you can clik directly on the image for the larger size)

I normally don't include "personal" pics of family in these kinds of things UNLESS it's something interesting.
I was trying to "frame" 3 people in this shot... but could only fit two in the frame. I liked how the lady in the foreground is kind of leaning on the table..... and my grandmother is lookin towards my other cousin, who I couldn't fit in this image.
But what a nice surprise when I downloaded the image... I caught the reflection in the china cabinet of the three of us.... although my face is obscured. You can see this better in the larger version .

Blacklight Reflection

I had Minnie Riperton in my head all day, and she wasn't even loaded in my MP3 player :(
I shot this image under blacklight or ultraviolet light conditions. The Urban Perspective explores ALL spectrum of light :)
What you see here is the blacklight against a mirror. You'll notice in the reflection a portion of a lava lamp that is out of frame.
Gettin back to the late great Minnie Riperton, I enclosed a link to the song I was listening to as I put this one together.

Minnie Riperton: "1. Baby, This Love I Have - Minnie Riperton"
