A couple months ago, had a gig in the Rittenhouse Square section of downtown Philadelphia.
I've always associated that section as "artsy" in the center of a metropolis. This particular park is surrounded by swank , high class hotels and other high rise buildings
So as I was walking thru the park on the way back from the gig, I happened upon this scene.

I snapped a few images, and the artist came back from wherever he was and began painting again.
I introduced myself and told him all about THE URBAN PERSPECTIVE Blog, and I'd like to feature his work on there.
