I think the Gods must have been smilin upon me that day
I was on a casual walk around the Art Museum area in Philadelphia.
This shot is part of the George Washington Monument Statue that is across the street from the Art Museum
Sure, I liked the effect I was seein thru one eye squinting thru the viewfinder

Just by luck..... it happened to be a slight drizzle .... if you've clicked on that link above..... you'll see an interesting effect the rain has on it..
It looks like........ rain ...brings it to life :)
